I am Sanjay, an information security leader with thirty years in IT. My focus is simple: take an organisation from uncertain exposure to a defensible, governed security posture, and make that posture something leadership can actually understand and act on, not just a technical report nobody reads.

I currently own enterprise security end to end for an organisation, governing a complete security program built on recognised frameworks and held to audit-ready standards. That ownership spans the full breadth of what security actually means in practice, identity, data, infrastructure, monitoring, incident response, and the people who use all of it every day, not just the parts that are easy to measure.

What drives the way I work is a belief that good security is not about adding more tools, it is about closing real gaps with judgment, governance, and follow-through. I am available to bring this kind of senior security ownership to organisations that need it without committing to a full-time hire.
